I had 3 nights in Birmingham, spending the time here lovely. The room was neat and stylish, I loved it. An iron with ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk were provided.

Pity, but the beds were not very comfortable.

Excellent value for money, everything was spotless and the staff was particularly helpful. I really enjoyed that there were fridge, terrace and balcony in my single room. The English breakfast was outstanding and had bread, meats, bakery, fresh fruit and butter. It was a memorable stay, functional place.

the staff are fast, the rooms are well appointed. all in all it's fairly clean place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds. excellent value for money hotel and extraordinary service. handy location to national sea life centre.

Altogether it was good value though. I loved staying here, as well as hotel's location and staff. Easy check-in. I tried some drinks at pizzeria Fogo Bar & Kitchen, located 15 minutes walk away...
